Everything you need to know about shipping, delivery times, packaging, and our sealed-item return policy.

Shipping information

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping generally takes 5–7 business days, while priority shipping generally takes 2–3 business days.

Vinyl records and CDs are shipped in specialized mailers, and books are wrapped to help prevent moisture and bending.

Shipping & returns

Used media is normally non-returnable. Only products explicitly marked new in shrink wrap are eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery, and they must remain unopened and new.

Approved returns receive a refund of the item price. Customers pay return shipping, and original shipping is non-refundable except when an item is defective or BlueNote Vintage made an error.
